Acceptable Use Policy - InitLnk

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of InitLnk's link shortening, custom domain routing, and redirection infrastructure. Our mission is to provide high-performance edge infrastructure for legitimate creators, publishers, and affiliate marketers while strictly preventing malicious exploitation.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content & Destinations

You may not create, publish, or route traffic through InitLnk short links to any destination that involves:

Malware & Cyber Threats

Viruses, trojans, ransomware, keyloggers, unauthorized drive-by downloads, or exploit kits.

Phishing & Social Engineering

Deceptive spoofing of financial institutions, social media logins, crypto wallets, or credential harvesting.

Spam & Unsolicited Messaging

Unsolicited bulk email (UCE), SMS spam bots, automated comment spam, or scraper networks.

Illegal & Dangerous Content

CSAM/CSAE, illegal weapon sales, illicit drug marketplaces, terrorism, or non-consensual exploitation.

3. Automated Threat Detection & Link Blocking

InitLnk integrates automated threat intelligence feeds, Google Safe Browsing telemetry, and Cloudflare security filters. Links reported or detected as malicious will be immediately disabled globally with zero notice.

4. Reporting Abuse

To report a malicious short link or copyright infringement, email our Trust & Safety team immediately at abuse@initlnk.com with the short URL and destination details.
