2. Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement

InitLnk provides smart multi-country Amazon auto-routing (supporting 22 international Amazon storefronts: US, UK, CA, IN, DE, FR, JP, and more).

As an Amazon Associate or creator using InitLnk:

You must comply with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement and Policies.
You must include the required Amazon disclosure on your sites and social profiles (e.g. "As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.").
You are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate tags configured in the InitLnk dashboard are valid and active in each respective country store.

3. FTC Compliance & Best Practices for Creators

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines require clear and conspicuous disclosures whenever a link leads to an affiliate partner or sponsored product:

Clear Labeling: Label affiliate links clearly on social media posts, video descriptions, blog articles, and newsletters (e.g., using #ad, #affiliate, or [Affiliate Link]).
Prominence: Disclosures should be easily noticeable and not buried in long comment threads or hard-to-read font sizes.
